How much style can fit into a small hall bathroom? Turns out, quite a lot! Our clients, living in a charming 1920s Tudor-style home in Yorkville, wanted to renovate their nearly original family bathroom without losing the character and historic charm they adore.
We carefully reimagined the space to honor its heritage while bringing it into the modern age. The bathtub and shower area now features an elegant arch, complemented by traditional tile elements, including rich-colored beveled tiles and a matching tile base, that highlight the home’s timeless style. The floor shines with a classic mosaic key-pattern, adding texture and visual interest to this compact space.
To complete the transformation, we added patterned wallpaper, polished gold fixtures, and a crisp white vanity that brings brightness and sophistication. The result is a small bathroom packed with personality, perfectly blending contemporary function with the historic elegance of their 1920s Tudor home, a tiny space that truly makes a big statement.
